Held Saturday For
Mrs. Myrl Campbell
Funeral services of Mrs. Myrl Campbell, 70, of Davilla were conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Goodnight Funeral Home with the Rev. John Roark and William Stigall officiating. Burial will be in the Davilla Cemetery.
Mrs. Campbell died Wednesday in a Temple hospital after a long illness.
She was born Sept. 22, 1906 in San Gabriel. She was a retired school teacher and a dirt contractor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Campbell in 1965.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. James (Sue) Burns of Austin and Mrs. Clyde (Billie) Moore of Davilla; her mother, Mrs. Will Stigall of Davilla; two sisters, Mrs. Lou Hoke and Mrs. Sue Parrish, both of Davilla; one brother, Charles Stigall of Davilla; four grandchildren, Mrs. Adrian Moore Jr., Mrs. Gene Bartz and Butch Moore, all of Temple, and Mike Burns of Austin; and two great-granddaughters, Misty and Monica Moore of Temple.
Pallbearers were Lucian Davis, Ellis Burns Jr., John Dewey Pope Jr., Herb Massengill, and James Catlett.
