Son of William Jefferson Stigall and Maude Louise Locklin.

Brother of Netta Louise, J.L., Willie Myrl, Charles Leonard and Nola Sue Ann Stigall.

Grandson of James Jefferson Stigall & Mary Susan Rigsby and Samuel Griffith Locklin & Sarah Frances Large.

Note: Although no name is shown on Ike's TX Birth Certificate #36787, he was the 6th child born to William Jefferson Stigall and Maude Louise Locklin. He was born "alive" at 12:25am, but is believed to have died the same day. Also, note that the certificate shows "Number of children born to this mother, including present birth 6" and "Number of children of this mother now living 5". The child that had died prior to this birth was J.L. Stigall (1904-1906) who shares a headstone with Ike Stigall.

No TX Death Certificate or listing on the TX Death Index has been found for this Stigall child in 1917 or 1918.

Mr. and Mrs. Will Stigall's little baby boy, just four days old, died Friday night and was buried in the Locklin graveyard Saturday.
