Martha Beacham having applied to me for letter of administration on the estate of Lewis Beacham, said county, deceased:
Thee are are to cite and admonish all and singular the nest of kin and creditors of said deceased, to be and appear at the regular term of the said court in May next to show cause if any they can, why said letters should not be granted. Given under my hand and official signature the March 19, 1872. J.B. Wolfe, ordinary.

Administrator's Sale- Will be sold before the Court-house door in the
town of Dublin, Laurens County, on the first Tuesday in January 1873
within the legal hours of sale, at public outcry, the following land
belonging to the estate of Louis Beacham deceased. to-wit: The Thomas
Mitchell lot, 180 acres pine land: the Rubin Lasiterlot, 275 acres, pine
lands: the Snider survey, 87 acres, pine land. All the improvements
consisting of dwelling and outhouses, being on the above lots, and they
having been assigned to the widow for dower, and sold subject thereto.
Also the Soldier Bounty land, 575 acres, swamp: The Beacham survey, 60
acres, swamp land: the Cicero Beacham place, 225 acres, pine land. All
the above being in the 52nd district, G. M., on the East side of the
Oconee river and bounded by the river, about fourteen miles south of
Dublin. Also the following lots in the town of Dublin: The Bahinski lot,
being part of lot No. 58 having thereon a good store house: the Dasber
lots No 129, 130, 131, and 132 having on the same a good dwelling house
and outhouse. Sold under an order of the Court of Ordinary for the
benefit of the heirs and creditors of said estate. Terms of sale
one-half cash, and one-half time.
