Wilber M "Shorty" Bartlett, 92 of Keenesburg died Sunday, Sept 21, 1997 at Gray Cara Care Center in Keenesburg.

He was born Oct 22, 1904, in Rexford Kan, to Orval Joseph and Elsie Olive Jackson Bartlett.

On sept 10, 1925 he married Zelma R Cogdill in Colby, Kan. She is deceased.

Mr Bartlett moved to Greeley in 1931, then to Roggen in 1967. He Operated an auto repair business until he started a custom combining business in 1946.

survivors are two daughers, Dolores Lohr and Dorothy (Jerry) Arnold both of Greeley, a son, Leslie (Lois) Bartlett of Roggen; a sister Emma Teel of Dodge City Kan; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; and six Great great grandchilderen. three sisters and four brothers are deceased.

Services will be at 10am Friday at Allnutt Funeral Service. Interment will be in the sunset Memorial Gardens.
Friends may visit until 8 pm today at Macy Chapel.
