She came to Napa in 1952 and lived here since. She is survived by a son, Joseph Schalles of Oregon; two daughters, Louise and Nancy Schalles of Massachusetts; four sisters, Mrs. Bessie A. Aten and Sophie Ansted of Oregon, Katie Hanlon of Colorado and Evelyn Casebier of California; and three brothers, Homer, George and Amos Casebier, all of Oregon.
