NAMPA — Graveside services for Mrs. Erie Scheuman, 73, of 227 Meyer Street, who died Wednesday morning at her home, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Kohlerlawn by the Rev. E. J. Jenkins, pastor of the Nampa First Southern Baptist Church. The cortege will leave Alsip Chapel at 1:45 p.m.
Born Jan. 7, 1895, at Ozark, Ark., she was reared there, She moved to California in 1930 and taught school there for many years. She retired from the Santa Monica, Calif., school system in 1960 and moved to Nampa in 1964. Her husband, Louis W. Scheuman, died Nov. 26, 1965. Mrs. Scheuman was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. F. H. Russell of Nampa; two stepdaughters, Mrs. P. C. McGinnis of Sacramento, Calif., and Mrs. Robert Weirman of Los Angeles; two sisters, Mrs. E. O. Staton of Ft. Smith, Ark., and Mrs. Ralph McKinney of Ozark, Ark.; two brothers, Clarence Franklin and Lon Franklin, both of Cecil, Ark.; and a grandson, Neal Russell of Nampa.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
The family suggests contributions be made to a favorite charity, or flowers may be sent.
