Paternal grandson of John Edmond Jones, Jr and Fannie Louise Granger

Visitation was Saturday, April 9, 2016, at the First Baptist Church of Samson, Alabama. Funeral services were the next day and also at the church, with Reverend Sam Totten, Reverend Wade Lewis, and Minister Harry O. Adkison officiating. Mr. Jones' grandsons, and one great-grandson, served as his pallbearers. Burial followed in the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery of the Ganer Community, the Reverend Phillip Barnes officiated. The Pittman Funeral Home handled arrangements. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Samson, 8 West Main Street, Samson, AL 36477.
