SAD ACCIDENT--- On Thursday last, an unfortunate accident occured to Mr. Cadd, the father of Mr. Thomas Cadd of this place, the accidental discharge of a pistol, which resulted in his death a few hours later. It seems, as we are informed, that he was pushing the pistol into his holster and in some unaccountable manner it was discharged, the ball entering his right leg and coming out below the base. Dr. Montgomery was called immediately to see him, but could do nothing to save his life. His funeral takes place this morning.
