Otia came to CA from WV about 1906 or 7 with her sister Exinissie (Rissie) Prunty, brother Faud (Frank) Prunty and their parents Bower Virginia Felton Prunty and Wilson Kayne Prunty. Otia married Alexander Swab in 1908. Their other sister Donna Prunty Grimm and her family came to CA in 1905.
