Miss Eliza A. Gordon, sister of Mr. Emerson M. Gordon, 907 East Main street, and a former resident of this city, died Thursday at the home of her sister in Detroit, Mich., where she had lived for a number of years. She was a daughter of the late Dr. John Gordon, of this city, and had many friends in this city. The funeral services were held at Detroit and the body will be brought to this city for burial in the family lot at Fairview cemetery. - New Albany Evening Tribune 08 Feb 1908
