Louis Nelson, one of the oldest inhabitants of Garfield township [Jackson County, Wisconsin], died suddenly from heart trouble Monday afternoon [May 10, 1909]. Mr. Nelson had been afflicted with heart disease and asthma for a long time, but there was no evidence that he was any worse than usual upon the day of his death.
