ROCKTON - Lillian Kincaid, 82, of 519 Center St., Rockton, died Sunday, Aug. 2, 1992, in her home.
She was born Aug. 15, 1909, in Chicago, the daughter of Andrew and Selma Selund Olson. She married Lawrence "Red" Kincaid June 12, 1937, in Roscoe. He died March 8, 1972.
She had worked at Freeman Shoe Company for more than 25 years, and had worked with her husband at Rockton Electric and Repair Shop. She was a member of the Old Stone Church, the Freeman Quarter Century Club, the Royal Neighbors of America and the AARP.
Survivors include two sisters, Hazel Patterson and Della McGonigal, both of Rockton; and 13 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death, in addition to her husband, by three brothers, Harry, Gordon and Roy Olson.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug 8, at Rosman, Uehling, Kinzer Blackhawk Chapel, South Beloit, with the Rev. Jack Kraaz officiating. Burial will be in Rockton Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Blackhawk Chapel.
