Hurt Near Colbert, I. T., Thursday In Katy Wreck.

Was A Fannin County Boy

Son of M. Rolater and Reared Between Bonham and Dodd City. Funeral Arrangements Not Made.

Special to Favorite, Denison Tex., July 13, 1907

Horace M. Rolater, the brakeman who was so seriously injured in the wreck on the Katy just north of Colbert, I. T., Thursday morning, died yesterday evening at 6:15, without ever having regained consciousness after the accident.

His residence was at No. 28 West Munson street, and he is survived by a wife and two children, a boy and a girl. His father, whose home is in Lexington, Okla., was present at the time of the death of his son.

The deceased did not belong to any of the Brotherhoods and it is said no fraternal orders, and it is thought that the body will be shipped on either Dodge City, Kan., or Bonham, Texas.

Mr. Rolater was reared near Bonham, and has been working on the Katy out of this place only a short time.

This afternoon Charley Duncan, of Bonham, Father of Mrs. Rolater, arrived here and took charge of the body.

No funeral arrangements have yet been announced.
