Orris Noel McIntosh was named by his parents Auris Harvey and Mary G. McIntosh, but went through life being called F. J. I'm not sure why this became his name. He was born in Ridgeway, Missouri on 2 Nov 1905 and grew up in Harrison County. He married Opal Smith on 8 Jan 1930 and continued living in the same county for many years. He loved farming and had his own dairy farm which he owned and operated. He and his wife had two beautiful daughters who gave them much joy. Uncle F. J. passed away in St. Joseph, Missouri on 1 Jan 1989 and is buried in the Eagleville Cemetery. He was preceded in death by both parents, and two siblings.
