Corrington Albert seemed to take on the more used name of Albert and served in a machine gun battalion during World War I. For many years Albert was a barber in Thompsonville where he had own barber shop.
On May 16, 1920 he married Eva Donna Paradise. They raised three children which include Wallace Albert, Eleanor Donna and Norman Milton Landis.
Albert and Eva were married 51 years before his death.
