Lee Roy Wisely, 64, lifelong resident of Lamar County, was dead on arrival at St. Joseph's Hospital Friday at 12:20 a.m. He was a dairyman, rancher and for 14 years, a Central School bus driver.

Born at Sumner, Dec. 27, 1904, he was the son of Lloyd Cleveland Wisely and Lovie Mae Lavender Wisely. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Paris.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lovie Mae Lavender Wisely and sister, Sarah Emma Wisely Parker.

Surviving are his wife, the former Ola Ann Floyd, whom he married Sept. 28, 1924 in Paris; his father, Cleve Wisely; two children: Preston Wisely, Fort Worth, and Gayle Ball, Sumner; five grandchildren: Vicki, Bob, Ginger, Melissa and James; a brother, Lloyd Wisely, Sumner, and a sister, Evelyn Scott, Paris.

Burial in Little Vine Cemetery, Lamar County, Texas.
