Service will be in Brintlinger's Funneral Home, with visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Macon County, Memorial Park, Harristown. Memorials: American Cancer Society.
Mr. Albert was born in Decatur, son of John J. and Nora E. Albert. He was formerly employed at Mueller Brass Foundry. He was a member and former Sunday school teacher at Trueblood United Methodist Church. He married Margaret Walley in 1934.
Surviving are his wife; son, Phillip A. of Decatur; daughters, Mrs. Arthur E. (Barbara) Qualls and Beverly J. Moore, both of Decatur; Mrs Larry (Carol) Durbin of Cerro Gordo; brothers, Orville of Sacramento, Calif.; Jack and Leonard, both of Decatur; sisters, Mrs. Mildred Atterberry, Maude Smith and Mrs. Claude (Alice) Inman, all of Decatur; Mrs Kenneth (Helen) Marrow of Apple Valley, Calif.; eight grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
One brother and two great grandchildren preceded him in death.
