PAMELA K. CURTSINGER, 61, passed away, Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at Baptist Louisville.
She was the former Pamela K. Lewis, a native of Lebanon, KY. She is survived by her husband; Lloyd Curtsinger; son, Jason Williams; stepsons, Casey Curtsinger and Beau Curtsinger; brothers, Billy Lewis and Terry Lewis; sisters; Charlene Hill, Debbie Hill, Peggy Bowman, Linda Hamilton, Helen Barr and Judy McDonnaugh; and Six grandchildren. Her funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Embry-Bosse Funeral Home 2723 Preston Highway with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
