Albertine Antonie was born on Oct 19, 1862 near Schokken (Skoki, Poland today), in Posen Province, Prussia. She was christened in the Schokken Lutheran Church on Nov 9, 1862. Her heritage is German on her mother's side and Polish on her father's side. Her parents died when she was a girl, and she may have gone to live with friends or relatives in Bromberg (Bydgoszcz, Poland today).

She immigrated to the U.S. after an older brother sent money back to have the younger siblings emigrate. She met and married Wilhelm (William) Beyersdorf in Menominee, MI. She died on Aug 20, 1913, quite suddenly, leaving behind her husband and eleven children.

She was known as Tina and her tombstone in the Riverside Cemetery has her as Antonie.
