She married Otto Schmidt (aka Smith during the war years) on Dec 12, 1909. Son of Richard and Ernestine Schmidt (1855-1933), Otto was born in Germany in 1879 and died in Menominee, MI in 1953. Otto's sister Anna married his wife's brother Leopold. Since both women were named Anna, the family referred to Anna Beyersdorf Schmidt as "our Annie" and Anna Schmidt Beyersdorf as "Lete's Annie". They all lived in Menominee, in the same neighborhood.
Anna and Otto had two sons, Daniel and Harold. All are buried in Riverside Cemetery, Menominee.
