Rheba was married to Charles A. Leonard for over 57 years. Mr. Leonard died on June 12, 2002. Rheba will be lovingly missed by her three children, six grandchildren, and one great grandson. She will be greatly missed by her siblings, Charles "Junie", Jr., Albert "Bert", Harry "Henner" and Jim Goodling; two sisters, Lois Conley, Isla Long, as well as Rheba's extended family and caring friends.
Rheba served in WW2, she achieved rank of Private First Class, in the United States Army Air Force.
