Although, Rachel's Nebraska State issued death certificate states that she was interred in Ainsworth Cemetery on 28 February 1931 , I have received information from a fellow FAG researcher/contributor which states otherwise? Rachel's daughter Lillian Fairbanks was the informant. Lillian was interred at this cemetery 6 years later.

Suggested edit from above mentioned researcher/contributor: Rachel Jane Hollenbeck Fairbanks is not buried in the Ainsworth cemetery. She is not listed on the directory online or in the book at the cemetery. I walked the cemetery and could find a headstone for her. The picture that is uploaded is on the plot where Lillie Belle Fairbanks is supposed to be buried. ( I suppose it should read: "Couldn't find a headstone")

I am removing her from Ainsworth Cemetery until more documentation exists. Corrections encouraged.
