Mrs. Ernest R. (Mable Joyce Starks, of Cooper died at St. Joseph's Hospital Saturday at 7:45 a.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at Fry and Gibbs Funeral Chapel in Paris at 2 p.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Hershel Stephens officiating. Burial will be in Georgia Cemetery.
Mrs. Starks was born 3 Jul 1913, in Shawnee, Okla., daughter of Jewell Hickman and Effie Gregory Hickman.
She married Mr. Starks 8 Aug 1931. He survives. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Beshires and Mrs. Nora Walker of Rialto, Calif.; five sons, Jack Starks of Fresno, Calif., Elmer Starks of Winterhaven, Fla., Joe Starks of Campbell, Calif. Jim Starks of Dallas and James Starks of Dallas; 22 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
