Miss Esther Tate married Henry Estell. Their marriage was blessed with four children: Carl Derle, Clayton Gene, Betty Sue, and Mary Anne Estell. Claty died as a toddler and is buried in Misissippi with his Grandmother.
"Alma" enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and visiting. She spent much of her years in a nursery home facility. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends.
Mrs. Estell died on February 17th, 2005, at Trinity hospital in Bettendorf, Iowa. The arrangements were handled by Weertz funeral home in Davenport, Iowa. Internment was at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Pleasant Valley, Iowa.
