Will of John S. Bailey
I J. S. Bailey of Hamilton, O. sound in mind and memory, make this my last will and testament. I devise to my grandson, Fred L. Troy Jr., two city lots situated on North B. Street and are known as lots No 15367 and 15368 of the City of Hamilton, Butler Co., O. and all the appurtenances thereunto them belonging. I bequeath to Janet Troy of Dooley, Wise County, VA a lien of $2,000.00 on my farm of 35 acres situated in Wilford Township to be paid by Eunice B. Morris either in cash paid in hand or in reasonable annual payments. It is known by record that I owe on said farm about $725.00 and also that I have a mortgage against W. F. Morris and Eunice B. Morris of lots 15365 and 15366 on North "B" St. for $1,000.00 and it is my will that Eunice B. Morris pay off said $725.00 and that she have receipt on said mortgage for the amount paid and that when this is done and the above $2,000.00 is paid to Janet Troy, I devise to the said Eunice B. Morris the aforesaid farm and all it's appurtenances. I further will that all that is due on the mortgage after paying off the $725.00 be paid on any debts I may owe at time of my death. It is my will that a suitable monument not to cost less than $500.00 be erected on a burial lot I own in the Pine Grove Cemetery at or near London, Ky. with the name of Mollie Bailey and date of her death Sept. 24, 1905- and that this expense be equally borne by Janet Troy and Eunice B.
