April 2nd, God welcomed Home, His son, Curtis Wayne Hudson, 86.

Curtis is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mildred “Jean”; his children, Mark Hudson and Judy (Gary) Pyle; his grandchildren, Stuart (Carlos) Ferrer, Heather (Jason) Elliott, April (Mike) Wendel, Raven Hudson and Chayton Hudson; his great-grandchildren, Delainey, Madisen, Mackenzy, Curt and sister, Anna Burgess. Preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and two sisters.

He was a member of Masonic Lodge #669. He worked at National Starch for 38 years as a department head and owned Hudson Realty. He was saved as a young boy in Macon County, Tennessee, baptized in 1966 and was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, you may send contributions in his name to The American Heart Association.

Services 11:00 a.m. April 7, 2015 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home – 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. April 6th at the funeral home. Entombment at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
