Carmen A. Hafley, 79, of Indianapolis, In passed away Thursday, March 12, 2015. She was born in Del Norte Co. on May, 18, 1935.

Carmen is survived by her sons, Gene Hafley of Indianapolis; Richard Hafley of Indianapolis; and Hank Hafley of Fishers; daughter, Elizabeth Ellis of Indianapolis; brother Joseph Arellano; and sisters Valentina Vigil; Ursula Vigil; and seven grandchildren.

Carmen is preceded in death by her husband Richard G. Hafley; father, Isodora Arellano and mother, Porfiria Cortez De Arellano.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 20, 2015 at Indiana Memorial, Indianapolis IN at 10:00 am.
