Stanley W. Niederer, 86, of Havana, passed away at 10:18 p.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at Mason District Hospital in Havana. He was born January 7, 1924 in Long Branch to William and Minnie (Nehmelman) Niederer.
He was married to Joann Sarff; they were divorced in 1970. Mr. Niederer is survived by one daughter, Tina Turner, of Bloomington, two sons, Gary Niederer and Paul (Angie) Niederer, both of Havana, as well as nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers and his parents.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
