Alvera Wilson
Graveside services were conducted this morning at the Greenlawn Cemetery in Frankfort for Alvera WILSON, 84, mother of Taylor W. “Ed” WILSON of Rochester.
She was born Sept. 17, 1896 in Mayfield, Ky., to William and Anna LIVINGSTON DUNN. She was married to Jerry WILSON, who died in 1974. She had lived in Frankfort since 1933 and died at the Wesley Manor Nursing Home following several months’ illness.
Surviving are two sons, Ed, Rochester, and Gary [WILSON], Cincinnati; two daughters, Mrs. Clare (Ann) McGILLEM, Lafayette, and Mrs. Robert (Alleen) BURKMAN, Janesville, Wis.; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; a sister and two brothers.
Zimmerman Brothers Funeral Home of Rochester was in charge of arrangements.
