Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., 1 to 9 p.m. sunday, and 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Monday. Recitation of rosary at 7 p.m. Sunday, conducted by Knights of Columbus Council No. 2807 and Ladies Auxiliary. Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, at 10 a.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. Kenneth Smith. Burial in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Catherine B. and Dr. Norman "Buddy" Ritchie, Baton Rouge; son and daughter-in-law, Gary W. and Palma Bonaventure, Liberty, Miss.; two sister, Essie M. Langley, San Gabriel, Calif., and Eloise Sith, Keene, Texas; a brother, Wallace "Dick" Devall, Erwinville; and two grandchildren, Sheila Rochelle Bonaventure and Edward Joseph Bonaventure II. Pallbearers will be Darryl Carmena, Vince Serio, J.R. Bonaveenture, Douglas Adkins, Terry Phillips, nd Bill Bodin. Preceded in death by husband, Edward J. Bonaventure; mother, Wilma Devall Shaffett; and father, Jackson F. Devall. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church nd Knights of Columbus Council No. 2807 Auxiliary Club, and a board member ofBayou Sara Exxon Annuitant Club.
