Roger Shepard, 50, of Shelbyville, died Saturday, Jan. 25, 2003, at his home.
Born June 2, 1952, in Shelbyville, he was the son of Bert K. and Freda L. (Thomas) Shepard. He married Deborah Ann Dusenburg on June 14, 1972, and she survives.
Other survivors include his mother of Coal City; one son, Jeremy L. Shepard of Michigan City; four daughters, Kimberly Michelle Cowan, Kristy Lynn Smith and Kelly Diane Shepard, all of Shelbyville, and Darlene Sanchez of Timberbrook, Texas; three sisters, Lou Ann Miller of North Carolina, Pamela Hodgetts and Sarah Tucker, both of Shelbyville; seven brothers, Ron Shepard, Tom Shepard and Freddie Shepard, all of Shelbyville, Terry Shepard and Frankie Shepard, both of Connersville, Bobby Shepard of Yelm, Wash., and Kenneth Anderson of Salsbury; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, one daughter, Karri LeeAnn Shepard, and one sister, Nona Sue Shepard.
Mr. Shepard was a lifelong Shelbyville resident.
He was employed at Knauf Fiber Glass GmbH for 20 years.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Brian Estridge of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses officiating.
Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
