to Floyd H. and Nellie Etta (Frazell) DeHart at their home.
Joan passed away on July 22, 2014 in Fort Collins, Co after a short illness.
She was cremated.
Joan married Roland (Cork) Reed in January of 1951.
They were the parent's of 4 children, Melanie Jo, Kim
Annette, Mark and Lisa Reed.
Joan and Cork were divorced and after many years of raising her children by herself, she remarried to Fred Church. He preceded her in death.
Her son Mark preceded her in death as did her parent's, one sister, Merle Fortkamp and two brothers, Marvin and Mason DeHart.
She is survived by her daughters, Melanie Freier and spouse, Jerry, Kim Neal and Lisa Jordan and husband, Pete, all of Fort Collins, Colorado;
two step children and several grandchildren and great grandchildren and her sister, Irene Wright and husband, Loran of Palisade, Nebraska and several nieces and nephews.
