Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin "Ben" Emory and Nettie Collette Emory and his oldest son Boyd Emory.
Bill is survived by his wife, Catherine Whitt Emory, One daughter; Debbie Emory Morris (Robin), and three sons; Steve (Judy) Emory, Warren (Gwen) Emory, and Patrick Emory, all of Weaverville, Buncombe County, North Carolina, five granchildren; Brian, Natalie, Christopher, Kellie and Melody and ten great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services held at Ivy Hill Baptist Church. Burial at Ivy Hill Cemetery, Buncombe County, North Carolina.
