Ms. Stewart attended Montgomery High School in Louise, Mississippi. She graduated in 1962 and moved to Indianapolis, IN with a few of her other siblings, temporarily.

She married in 1965 and later moved to New York and attended Suffolk County College. She raised 2 girls and 3 boys and her hobbies were Gardening and sewing.

She was proceeded in death by her parents Wesley & Martha Bell (Burns) Taylor, Eldest brother Earnest Taylor and baby brother, Wallace Taylor.

She leaves to cherish her memory her 2 daughters, 3 sons, 10 grandchildren, 4 brothers, and 9 sisters.
