Kate Moody was born in North Carolina where she would later marry Dock Rogers and have 2 children. Her husband owned a saw mill in Watauga County, North Carolina. Kate and Dock moved their family to Coshocton County, Ohio in 1920. After moving to Ohio they had another son Robert Rogers born in 1930. Kate (Moody) Rogers had a sister Bina (Moody) Lovill. Ron Lovill and Bina also moved to Coshocton County, Ohio in 1920.
