Charlie Reynolds Abbott was born in Florence, Williamson County, Texas Feb 6, 1890, son of Benjamin Franklin and Mary Emaline Goodgame Abbott. He was the brother of Edgar, Flora, Ernest, Idus, Beula and Clara Abbott. Charlie served in the U.S. Navy as a Fireman Second Class aboard the USS Patricia. He later worked as a carpenter before his death in 1945
