Bobby Joe Carden, age 83, of Clinton passed away Monday, December 8, 2014 at his residence. Bobby was a member of Hillvale Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Navy having serving in the Korean War. He retired from Western Electric/AT&T installation after 35 years of service and graduated from Norris High School. Bobby loved spending time with family and friends but most of all his grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents, Ernest and Eliza Carden; daughter, Cynthia Lynelle Carden; brothers, Everette, Leo and Billy B. Carden; sisters, Ernest Lou Carden, Margaret Elizabeth Carden and Wilma Grace Seeber.
He is survived by:
Loving wife of 57 years………. Mary Carden of Clinton
Daughters………………………….. Cathy Gallaher & husband Mark of Knoxville
Joeley Carden of Clinton
Grandchildren………………. Taylor Gallaher, Rylea Searle, and Jamison Searle

The family will receive friends 12:00-1:00 pm, Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home with funeral services following in the chapel. Rev. David Lord officiating.
