Mrs. Viola Josephine Bolton, 93, 4712 W. 6th, died Saturday at a Topeka hospital.
She was born Dec. 11, 1889, in Burlingame, the daughter of Henry C. and Caroline M. Corner Hepworth.
She retired as a teacher in the St. Joseph, MO., school district in 1955. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, St. Joseph, Mo.
Mrs. Bolton was preceded in death by her husband, John D. R. Bolton, who died in 1968.
Survivors include a niece, Leone M. Hotchkiss, Perry; and three nephews, Earl C. Hepworth, Topeka, and James and Lawrence Robison, Neosho Falls, KS.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Mount Auburn Cemetery, St. Joseph, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to Presbyterian Manor, 4712 W. 6th. Topeka. Heat-Bowman-Smith and Sidenfaden Chapel, St. Joseph, MO., is in charge of arrangements.
