Lue Willa Goodwill, youngest child of William and Emma Bohanan, was born in Carl Township, Adams County, Iowa on December 30, 1895, and entered into her Heavenly Home on August 14, 1961.
On October 11, 1914. She was united in marriage to Guy L. Goodwill. They made their home in Prescott, Iowa until 1930 when they moved to Council Bluffs, Iowa. In 1958. They, with their son Dennis, returned to Prescott, where they have since resided.
Willis two brothers, Glen and Roy, and her parents preceded her in death, also an adopted daughter, Pauline Bohanan Goodwill. Surviving to mourn her loss are her husband, Guy and son, Dennis, Mrs. Glenn Bohanan, Mrs. Juanita Waters and daughter, Monica and many relatives and friends.
Willa was a faithful and devoted wife and mother, her greatest happiness was found in caring for her home and loved ones. Her face in her Heavenly Father never wavered to the last.
Funeral services were held at Prescott Christian Church in charge of Rev. Dan Adams, Thursday, August 17. Burial was in the Mount Zion cemetery north of Prescott.
