Miss Cecelia Lucille Foy, youngest daughter of Mrs. Mary Foy of Grant street, Meyersdale, and Dale Evans Weller, son of Mrs. Carrie Weller of Summit Mills, were married at 9 o'clock Monday morning at the rectory of SS. Philip and James Catholic Church at Meyersdale. The bride's pastor, Rev. Miller, officiated. Immediate relatives attended.
The bride wore a dressmakers suit of pin striped dark blue cloth with matching accessories, and a corsage of gardenias.
Miss Mary Henicksman, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor. She wore a blue suit with fur trimming, and fuchsia accessories. Her corsage was of pink rosebuds.
James Rumgay, nephew of the bride, was Mr. Weller's best man.
After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the Colonial Hotel, places being laid for members of the bridal party.
Mrs. Weller was employed for several years as floor lady at G.C. Murphy store at Meyersdale.
Mr. Weller, a graduate of the Meyersdale High School, is an inspector for the Bessemer Steel Company at Johnstown.
After spending a few hours at the home of the bride's mother, the couple went to Johnstown where they will reside at 624 Linden Avenue.
Out-of-town relatives at the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. P.T. Hampton and son, Jackie, of Philadelphia, John Foy of Atlantic City and Charles Scanlon of Cleveland.

Cecelia L. Weller, 80, of Meyersdale, died December 23, 1992 in Maple Mountain Manor, Berlin.
She was born Oct. 14, 1912 in Meyersdale, a daughter of the late Samuel G. and Mary (Kumpf) Foy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale E.
She is survived by a son, Gregory D. of Parma, OH; also a brother, Charles E. of Somerset; and a sister, Estelle M. Scanlon of Newark, Del. She was a member of Sts. Philip and James Catholic Church. She and her husband were former owners of the G.I. Day Room.
Friends received at Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, Sunday. Funeral mass was held at 11 a.m. Monday at Sts. Philip and James Catholic Church, Father James Bunn officiating. Interment, Church Cemetery.
