Life's End
THOMAS W. HINDE DIED IN SOUTH DAKOTA

Funeral services for Thomas W. Hinde, 92, Forestburg, S. D., former LeMars resident, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mauer funeral home in LeMars. Rev. James Ranson (sic--Ransom) will officiate. Burial will be in LeMars Memorial cemetery.

Prior services will be held Tuesday at the Presbyterian church in Woonsocket, S. D., at 2 p.m.

Mr. Hinde died Friday in a hospital at Huron, S. D. He was born Sept. 6, 1967 (error--1875), in Iowa.

He was a retired farmer and rancher and had lived at Forestburg since 1911.

Survivors are two sons, Richard of Forestburg and Murray of Sioux Falls; a sister, Mrs. Jane MacArthur (sic--McArthur) of Kingsley; 15 grandchildren; and 38 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife in 1959; by three sons, Thomas, Flores, and Kenneth and by five brothers and a sister.
