She was born in Akron Township, Peoria County, April 26, 1914, to Forest and Iva Barnett Burns. She married Floyd Nordwall in Peoria Jan. 19, 1935.
Surviving: her husband; one son, Marvin, St. Louis, Mo.; six brothers, Endsley, Bell, Calif., Edwin, Elmwood, Lowell, Cheyenne, Wyo., Alvin, Princeville, Duane and Dean, Peoria.
Burial in Swan Lake Memory Gardens, Peoria.
