Scott - In this city, on Friday, March 30, from strangulation, while eating his dinner, Mr. Thaddeus Scott, of Naperville, Ill.

Strangled while at dinner - Mr. Thaddeus Scott, aged 35 years, a merchant doing business in Chicago, Ill., was choked to death yesterday afternoon while at dinner with a friend at Thompson's Restaurant, No. 294 Broadway. A piece of meat stuck in his throat and before aid could reach him death ensued. The remains of deceased were removed to the New York hospital, and the coroner notified.
