Ernest Camren, 73 years old of near Glenallen, died Thursday in a Cape Girardeau hospital. He was born in Cape Girardeau County but had resided in this county [Bollinger] for many years, where he farmed and taught school.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Cora Camren; four sons Charles O. and Richard Keith, of Glenallen; M.B. of Oakland, CA, and Ernest 'Gale' of Grassy, MO; two sisters, Mrs. Leona Greer and Mrs. Luvina Sitze of Cape Girardeau, MO; and three grandchildren.
A daughter preceded him in death.
The body was brought to the Baker Funeral Home in Lutesville, where services were conducted Sunday with Rev. Dale Porter of Cape Girardeau in charge, assisted by Rev. Bryan Stone of Glenallen. Burial was in Baker Cemetery.
