BERTHA CALHOUN, 97, Shelocta RD 1, died Friday, Oct. 17, 1980, in the Armstrong County Memorial Hospital.
A daughter of Samuel and Susanna (Miller) Calhoun, she was born April 30, 1883, in Plumcreek Township, Armstrong County.
Miss Calhoun was a member of the Elderton United Presbyterian Church and was a homemaker and seamstress.
Surviving are nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by five brothers and six sisters.
Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday in the Clarence P. Clark Funeral Home, Elderton, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday. The Rev. William G. Headley will officiate and interment will be in the Elderton Cemetery.
