A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late Sidney Leroy Belue (1900–1988) and Ora Louise Pace Belue (1908–1986); wife of the late John Morgan Sherbert (1921–1990) and Webb Carey (1921–2011).
Retired from Beaumont Mills as a cloth inspector.
Survived by her son, John W. Sherbert (Leigh-Ann); daughter, Delores Sherbert Setzer; son-in-law, Louie W. Wright; brothers, Paul Norman Belue (1936–2015), and John Henry Belue (1937–2021); sisters, Babrara A. Belue, Magilee Belue Brannon, Peggy Belue Fowler, and Betty R. Belue Smith, Doris Jean Belue Peterson, and Dorothy J. Belue Scruggs; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by a daughter, Sunny Sherbert Wright (1951-2006); brothers, Ralph Lee Belue (1926–1996), Harold James Belue (1929–2003), Sidney "Frank" Belue, and Carl David Belue, Sr. (1943–2009).
Services were held at 6:00 pm, Thursday, July 17, 2014, at the Stribling Funeral Home Chapel.
The family received friends from 5:00-6:00 pm prior to the service.
