Stella Fenton of Baton Rouge, LA passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family and friends on July 9, 2014. She was 93 years of age. Stella is now free of her earthly bonds and will join those family and friends who have gone before to prepare a place for her to be with them and the Heavenly Father. Stella is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Thomas T. Fenton; first husband, Robert L. Bundick, Jr; parents, Murry and Ella Harvey; and two brothers, Jefferson Garcia and Oma G. Harvey. She is survived by two sons, Robert L. Bundick III and wife Dawn Pfister of Baton Rouge, LA, and Dennis R. Bundick and wife Rebecca Kirk of Abbeville, LA; four grandchildren, Derek L. Bundick and wife, Kim, of Fort Mills, SC, Devin Bundick Bonner and husband, Thom, of Baton Rouge, LA, Brady L. Bundick of Calvary, Canada, and Lauren Bundick Richardson and husband, Josh of Lafayette, LA; three great grandchildren, Vincent, Morgan, and Caden; three brothers, Willie Harvey of Bastrop, LA, Murl Harvey of Baker, LA, and Thomas E. Harvey and wife, Ann of Baton Rouge, LA; and former daughter in law, Cecelia A. Bundick of Baton Rouge, LA. Stella was a member in good standing of the "Order of the Eastern Star" since November 1, 1949. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home 9595 Florida Blvd. on Monday, July 14, 2014, from 9 AM until funeral service at 12 PM conducted by Dr. George "Bub" Haile, retired pastor of the University Baptist Church. The order of the Eastern Star, Eunice Chapter No. 14 of Zachary will provide an honor service during the funeral service. Interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be family members. The family would like to give their heartfelt appreciation to the caregivers furnished by Personal Home Care Services of Ferriday, LA, who has provided around the clock care service since 2009. A special thanks goes to Mrs. Linda Hughes of PHS for her kind and loving care for the past three years. Also the family would like to acknowledge their appreciation to the St. Joseph Hospice of Baton Rouge care service over the past three months. Jinny Barden and Penny Perkins are owed a special thanks for their dedicated service during our very difficult time.
