Geneal Mary Parsons, 88, our loving mother and grandmother, passed away May 28, 1998.
Born July 30, 1909 in Centerfield, Sanpete County, Utah, to Henry and Mary Caroline Jacobsen Jensen. Married Harvey Edward Parsons in Manti, Utah, July 21, 1933. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on October 20, 1947. He preceded her in death February 28, 1965. Geneal was a Relief Society visiting teacher for over 25 years. She devoted her life to her family and her love will live forever.
Survivors: sons, Roger Eugene; Gerald Lane (Diane); daughters, Elma Gatsos; Vivian Powell (Calvin); Myrna Ferris (David); Kathryn Hinkle; Sharon Orgill (Darrell); 37 grandchildren; 67 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Rex Jensen (Francis); Clay Jensen; sister, Fay Lyman (Carl).
Funeral services Monday, June 1, 1998, at 1:30 p.m. in the Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, Midvale, where friends may call Monday from 12 Noon to time of services. Interment, Midvale City Cemetery.
