Lillie Elnora Kinzer Akin, 82, of Columbia, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2003, at Heritage Manor Healthcare Center. Services will be conducted at 1 pm Monday at Bethel Church of God, 1186 Old Highway 99. Visitation will be from noon-1 pm Monday at the church. The body will lie-in-state after 1 pm Sunday at V. K Ryan & Son Funeral Home.
Burial is in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Thomas and Francis Kinzer. She attended the Maury County school system and was a member of Bethel Church of God where she served in many capacities.
Survivors include her husband Sandy Akin Jr; foster-son Charles T. Kinzer Jr. of Columbia; and brothers William T. Kinzer and Bishop Boyd Kinzer, both of Columbia.
