Retta married Joseph Jacquett on Nov. 30, 1907. By 1910 they were divorced. They were the parents of two daughters, Charlotte and Audrey.

MRS. HARRY OGDEN
Mrs. Retta Rose (Shauer) Ogden, 67, 654 Chicago street, died at 5:30 o'clock this morning unexpectedly following a heart attack.
She was born Aug. 21, 1890, in Chicago and was the daughter of Gustave and Louise C. Brundage Shauer.
She married Harry Ogden in 1907 and came to Valparaiso in 1913 from Chicago. She was a member of the Methodist church.
Survivors are two daughters, Charlotte (Mrs. Frank Bailey), and Miss Audrey Shauer, both of Valparaiso, one brother, Justin Shauer of Valparaiso, and one sister, Mrs. Clara Polacheck of Milwaukee, Wis.
Private services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Bartholomew Funeral home with the Rev. Percy Thomas, First Christian church, officiating. Interment will be in Graceland cemetery.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at the Bartholomew chapel until time of services.
